Route 66

Take a trip down Route 66, the Main Street of America. I traveled along the original route with my husband and our dog, in our truck camper. We started in Santa Monica, California and drove 2,448 miles, through 8 states, to Chicago, Illinois. These photos are a small representation of our journey and some of the fun and unique small businesses that are keeping the tradition alive and helping people stay connected to each other and our country's history.
